Pre-Installed System CGI

System CGI access allows you to take advantage of simple programs that have been pre-installed on the server for easy usage. Rather than installing a custom program within the cgi-bin and reading all the documentation required to make it work, the system cgi allows you to copy and paste a line of HTML to take advantage of what our system administrators have already installed. e.g. page counter programs.
