Got a working build which technically could be shipped ?ASP mail handler.  On paper, hardware haven't got procedures for account setup & maintenance.  A/P 3/1 NL to provide paper procedures

A/P 3/2 DC to send paper copy of builds ?HW shipped?  A/P 3/3 KK to review / test build

fasthosts.co.uk claim 14k virtual accounts, CF, ASP Control panel vanity domain names, FTP, DATA SOURCESETC. I&CO THINK may be too sophisticated to keep control.  Don't have SQL yet - differentiator.  Sign up quick ?whether keep them.  Cheap so revised down our basic costs..

Have dropped bandwidth etc. from US levels. AP IR to post to forums.

A/P 3/4 KK to review email services.  rethought email situation re not offering incoming mail.  Think should do.

IR concerned weak on domain name, wants to setup vanity names, grocer.edinburgh.net (i.e. under top level name.

KK done some investigation into DNS serving ourselves.  £500 per year. also US affiliates scheme.  Decision.

First domain free, subsequent vanity names at say £5 each.  IR thinking particularly of reseller situation.

Discussion on reseller models, cf nominet buy in vs us clickthrough.  CSC suggested start at least two threads in forum pricing & reseller models.  

A/P 3/5 CSC/KK to think about phone/fax numbers for xhost.

DC investigating legal agreement us & Customers.  e.g. no developing on our servers.  Adult content.  A/P 3/6 DC to start discussion on forums re copyright and legal position also wrt to adult content..  IR suggested might want to avoid from a professional point 

emails: sales, billing/accounts, inquiries, webmaster, on line fault reporting form.. members only, emails to customers IR developing... trouble ticket system..  A/P 3/7: KK to 'protect' support email accounts so only available to members. (need to ensure comply with RFCs)
